ABOUT US
New Works/World Traditions is an international performance troupe committed to utilizing the power of performance to educate and inspire deliberation through sustainable social engagement. As a research to performance troupe, New Works develops pro-active theatrical performances that promote an egalitarian exchange of art and ideas across borders that address socially relevant political, educational, public health, and environmental concerns. Under the direction of Michelle Bach-Coulibaly, Senior Lecturer of Theatre, Speech, and Dance at Brown University, New Works is comprised of faculty, alumni, current students, and professional artists who create to educate.
